Travel Max. are the Official Hospitality / Hotel Room Providers. Through them you can get various categories of Hotels for your stay in Chennai during the Exhibition period at the most competitive prices with add-on facilities. They will arrange for pick up and drop from the Airport and transfers from the Airport to the Venue or Hotel at a fixed time at select 5 Star and 3 Star Hotels by Non AC Vehicles.
The List of Hotels and the negotiated Tariffs with distance from the Venue is given for your kind reference and your appropriate decision. Please fill up Form No. 6 for your Hotel Reservations and send it to:

Tariff Includes Room rent , Luxury Tax, Breakfast, Group Transfers To & Fro (Airport - Hotel - Airport) on a fixed time. Shuttle service towards Hotel - Trade centre - Hotel will be in fixed timings which we will be coordinating with the participants accordingly. For GJIIE Participants, we can organize a special package for Thirumala, Pondicherry( French Town) ,Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram. for Individual and Groups. |

| Booking and Cancellation Policies : |

Cancellation will not be entertained from Feb 10th 2008 . There will be no refund for these cancellations and we will not stand guarantee for any booking made with out advance payment. |

For last minute bookings, the payment to be settled with Mr. Arul, C/o Travel Max. |

The payment for the hotel bookings should reach the office before 48 hrs of arrival along with the demand drafts in favor of " Travel Max " , payable at Chennai. Rooms will be confirmed subject to availability. |

On request, we can also arrange for medium range hotels costing Rs. 1300 - Rs.1500 . |
